Description of Works:
This project comprised of a comprehensive design and installation of a 4 storey commercial office building at Pattison House, Midland Road, Walsall for one of the UK’s most prestigious high street retailers, which is the central base for their new Customer Service Centre.
Our services included
- Installation of new main LV Intelligent switchboard
- A total of 17 no sitewide LV distribution panels/ boards
- Submain cable distribution systems
- Earthing and bonding
- Internal, external and emergency lighting systems throughout
- Intelligent building management lighting control systems
- UPS system and a network of UPS supplied distribution boards for sensitive and active communication equipment
- General, specific and mechanical small power distribution throughout
- Extensive active network and full building coverage of new IT CAT6A structured cabling, communication cabinets equipment and assistance for active set up
- Full fire detection system and alarm
- Disabled persons refuge and call assistance alarms
- Main intercom communication systems and access control throughout
- CCTV system, Intruder alarm, TV and Audio visual distribution systems
- Traffic barrier and staff car park management
- Enhanced lightning protection systems.
