Description of Works:
Ground floor, Mercury House, Leicester. Mercury house is a large former print works situated in the City Centre of Leicester, which has since been converted to modern office accommodation. The project comprises of the design, supply, installation and commissioning of new electrical service installations of Landlord’s CAT A refurbishment of the vacant west wing office area to the ground floor at Mercury Place.
