Description of Works:
This project comprises of the tenants refurbishment to form office accommodation, meeting spaces and circulation spaces. The refurbish office space to the 2nd floor is intended to form a new base facility primarily for Lambert Smith Hampton Building Surveyors. Lambert Smith Hampton are based in the heart of Birmingham city centre commercial district, located just off Colmore Row at Interchange Place on Edmund Street. This was a project we were proud to be part of and seeing the final project on completion, it was certainly well worth it.
